2017 Golf R Order Guide – 4 Steps

Follow the steps below to customize a Golf R from the VW factory in Germany.

The nuts and bolts are as follows:

5 door only;

Huge list of standard features (see below);

The Technology Package adds larger touch screen for the navigation system and a few parking and automated driving features;

Alloy Wheel Package upgrades from 19″ Cadiz to 19″ Pretoria rims (pictures below);

No sunroof option;

Choice of 6-speed manual (!) or 6-speed DSG; 292 hp (in case you forgot);

Six colour choices (new Limestone Grey Option);

Starting price of $40,695* for the perfect daily-driven performance car.

Step 1. Choose Your Transmission

• • 2.0 TSI 6 speed Manual transmission 4motion with 292 hp engine $40,695*
• • 2.0 TSI 6 speed DSG automatic 4motion 292 hp engine $42,095*

*+ freight pdi ($1,625), and applicable fees [Documentation Fee ($495), Dealer Prep ($499), A/C Tax Recovery ($100), Tire Disposal Fee ($25)] and taxes.

Step 2. Choose Your Colour

Colours:

Deep Black Pearl, Lapiz Blue, Tornado Red, Oryx White Pearl, Limestone Grey, Reflex Silver.

 *Oryx White Pearl costs extra $450

Step 3. Decide if you want to add the Technology Package and/or Alloy Wheel Package

Technology Package: ($1,795 or $1,945*)
